Our History

WiERC was founded in 1991 by a group of local professionals dedicated to the relocation industry.
Most of the professionals involved during our inception were active members of the national organization, Employee Relocation Council and wanted to bring the sharing of ideas and knowledge to the local professional who did not have the opportunity to attend the national conferences.

WiERC continues to grow and evolve to serve the membership in promoting professional standards, conducting educational workshops and seminars, and sharing ideas in the field of corporate relocation throughout Wisconsin.

President's Message + Update:

Our June Events were a tremendous success thanks to each of you who attended, participated and sponsored !!

Eight (8) volunteers gave a few hours of their time along with a part of their hearts at Feeding America on June 20th and packaged meals for our neighbors in need.

Thank you to Craig Anderson, Deborah Benavides, Heather Jamison,  Lauren Gambill, Matt Tobel, Jeanette Oakeshott and Pam Jacknick.

Special thanks to Haley McCann for her coordination of the event with Jeanette, her design of our cool t-shirts and for giving so much of her time for the WiERC !!

The feedback has been overwhelming positive and I truly believe we "hit a home run" at American Family Field on June 21st !!

Our two sessions focusing on AI/Chat GPT and the effects on Mobility was unique while embracing our industry buzz right now on its affects on Mobility.

Thank you to our speakers Dr. Jeremy Kedziora, (MSOE), Brandon Antoniewicz (KPMG), Mary Mossberg (Mayo Clinic), Laura Bayne (AIRINC) and Tom Richardson (Equus Software)

Special thanks to our retired Program Board Member Gabby Bachhuber for creating this session and to Sarah Ritter from PNC for finalizing the program.

We showed that the WiERC has a huge heart as we continued our donations to Feeding America with a 50/50 Raffle donation of $445 and for the 20th and your canned donations, a total of 136 pounds of food which equates to 113 meals !!

As if that wasn't enough you continued to give back by donating 150 pairs of new socks to the homeless and those in need through the Brewers Community Foundation !!

You are an amazing group and we all thank you so much for your generosity & support !

Thank you

I want to thank each of our Board Members for their dedication, time and talents that they bring  and ask that you consider  Volunteering for a Committee as they would love to have your help.

Click on the “About Us Tab - Committees” to see their contact information and connect.

There’s nothing better than working together while making new connections and friends   along the way.

I hope we’ll see you at our next upcoming event – and please let me know if I can ever answer any questions about our amazing organization.
