Thanks to RoseAnn Steeber, US Bank and Roxy Leger, MillerCoors we are happy to announce the details for the Fall Corporate Roundtable. 

Date:       Wednesday December 4th

Time:      8:30 am - 2:30 pm

Where:    MillerCoors

Cost:      No charge for the meeting.  Refreshments and lunch provided by WERC

Who:      This is open to any corporate representative involved in the relocation or global assignments of their employees. No service providers allowed. Also open to representatives from Wisconsin companies that may not be members of WERC at this time. Please share this invite with them.    

Why:       To provide an informal forum for discussion of hot topics, policy issues, benchmarking, learning and networking.

We will be set up by 8:30 to allow for arrivals, greetings, introductions.  Coffee, juice and pastries will be provided.  The meeting will start at 9 am.  We will plan to work thru lunch which will be set up by noon - wrapping up the meeting by 1 pm. 

Roxy has arranged for a brewery tour from 1:30 to 2:30!  (if the meeting finishes early, i.e. 1pm the tour can start early) 

The public brewery tour kicks off every 30 mins and lasts for about an hour (free samples at the end!) You will need to register for the tour (takes only seconds) at the Girl in the Moon Gift Shop/Visitor Center at least 5 mins before the tour.
