Educational Session 1: DE&I Focus within Global Mobility
Sergio Rodriguez
Senior Manager, Global Employer Services
Deloitte Tax LLP
How can you create a positive lasting impact to your global workforce through diverse, equitable and inclusive talent mobility programs? Join us to explore how key decisions and actions around candidate selection, policy, supplier model, and talent integration can drive different outcomes and the organizational ripple effects—both desirable and undesirable—that they can create.
In this session, we will:
• Generate insights around career mobility impacts by taking a human-centered approach anchored in employees’ and business’ needs and preferences.
• Identify practical, proactive steps mobility teams can take to embed DEI deeper into their strategies and day-to-day behaviors.
Participants will learn how infusing DEI into their Talent Mobility organization can help drive positive short- and long-term outcomes and support broader DEI transformation within their organizations, industries, and communities.

Wisconsin School of Business
University of Wisconsin, Madison
Exploring Unconscious Bias and its Impact on your Life
Participants will explore key concepts and gain a deeper understanding of what unconscious bias in the workplace looks like and learn how to respond effectively to situations where biases are being perceived and demonstrated. They will also be introduced to powerful tools and resources, including the KIND framework and The Ladder Inference to better understand why people viewing the same set of evidence can draw quite different conclusions and how being KIND can improve your business results.
In this session participants will:
• Gain a deeper understanding of core diversity, equity and inclusion concepts such as unconscious bias, cultural competence and microaggressions and how they influence and impact their lives
• Use tools to help them uncover and influence their own unconscious biases, communications, and decision-making
• Be motivated to extend their learning, self-reflection and behavior change beyond the session by committing to a few key behaviors that will help them maintain their journey towards inclusion

Charity Drive: Women and Children’s Horizons
One of the biggest highlights of our annual Ugly Sweater Holiday Meeting at Maggiano's is the Charitable Cause. The Charity we have 'adopted' for several years, Women and Children's Horizons, is one we can work closely with and understand the impact.
The specific family wish lists are AVAILABLE, if you are interested, please contact Rebecca Glatzhofer so she can add you to communications and assign a family, or family member to purchase holiday items for.
A big thank you to Mrs. Claus/Rebecca Glatzhofer (TRC Global Mobility), Ben Koceja (WHR Group) and Nadya Nahirniak-Hansen (Restaino Associates) for starting the planning process early to make a difference for so many individuals' holiday season.
