Angela Lane, Vice President Global Talent at AbbVie, will discuss and share insights from her book, Fair Talk:  Three Steps to Powerful Feedback.   Employees around the world are deprived of honest, objective feedback and the higher you go in the organization, the less feedback you receive.   Angela will provide three simple steps to giving focused and credible feedback to engage and develop employees.   Angela is an Australian national, and she has lived and worked in The Netherlands, the UK and the USA.   She will also give recommendations on providing feedback to international and/or virtual or remote teams.
