Session One - Procurement in Global Mobility 

As Corporate Procurement/Sourcing departments play an increasingly larger role in the purchasing decisions of global mobility services, the role of the Global Mobility departments has changed to respond to these purchasing techniques, pricing and service metrics.

An experienced panel of Global Mobility Managers will share their experiences and advice as they have learned to work together to accomplish shared objectives in the sourcing of global mobility services.  Join us and interact with an all corporate panel who has “been there, done that”.

Session Two - TILA/RESPA changes

This session on the new TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule will help prepare attendees for the sweeping changes introduced by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).  During the session, we'll discuss:

• The CFPB and its goals in adopting the Integrated Disclosure Rule 
• The new Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure that will replace many of the forms in use today
• The new disclosure rules and circumstances that may impact closing timelines
• The shift in responsibilities between lenders and settlement agents
• New terminology and processes that will change the relocation mortgage and closing experience
